The target of controlling the fan speed automatically is to get a stable air condition in the kitchen so it will get a more comfortable and safe conditions for the health of its users. The exhaust fan control speed is with detection of the smoke levels generated by the cooking process and room temperature, so we can control speed of the exhaust fan automatically. The control of the exhaust fan speed is based on the fuzzy logic method. Consisting of two parameters that become input from fuzzy is that smoke gas of cooking process and room temperature. The results of the tests that have been done, obtained the success rate of temperature sensors reading 98.5% and the value of gas consentration is obtained by the rasio between Ro (resistance value of normal condition) and Rs(resistance value ofsmoke detected). The speed of exhaust fan can be controlled by giving different volftage.
