Item Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kinerja Karyawan(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2013-07-02) Anggraini, Ria; Darmawan, ArifQuality of human resources will be met if job satisfaction as elements that affect the performance can be created perfectly. This study to examine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction and employee performance. The population was Batam Polytechnic academic staff by 95 people. The influence of organizational culture, leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance is a variable that will be tested in this study. Analysis tools used in this study is Path Analysis. The analysis showed that the significant negative effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, leadership style significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture significant negative effect on employee performance, leadership style significantly negative effect on employee performance, job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee performance and style leadership significant positive effect on organizational culture.Item EVALUASI APLIKASI PENCATATAN DAN PEMBUKUAN PADA UMKM MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE(Journal of Applied Business Administration, 2024-03-28) Dewi, Citra; Anggraini, Ria; Darmawan, ArifUsability is an important factor in an application. Currently, Business Management Department of Batam State Polytechnic has developed Bizpos application as a solution to meet the technological needs of recording and bookkeeping of MSMEs through Project Based Learning (PBL) program. This research aims to evaluate the usability level of the Bizpos application using the System Usability Scale technique to assess the feasibility of using the application. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data was collected through a survey to active users of the Bizpos application who came from MSMEs. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. The evaluation results show that most respondents are able to utilize the application well, as seen from the average value of each statement which is more than 3. In addition, the Bizpos application is also considered acceptable with the "acceptable" category based on the grade scale "B" and reaches an "excellent" rating with a final value of 82.3.Item Pengelolaan Kas Kecil Perusahaan(2024-06-27) Syavana, Reyza Farizky; Anggraini, RiaManajemen kas kecil adalah bagian penting dari pengelolaan keuangan organisasi, yang digunakan untuk pengeluaran rutin harian. Tantangan utama dalam manajemen ini adalah kesalahan manusia (human error) dalam pencatatan transaksi, yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakakuratan laporan keuangan dan merusak reputasi perusahaan. Studi kasus pada PT. XXX menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan dalam pencatatan kas kecil disebabkan oleh kurangnya prosedur yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah human error dalam pencatatan kas kecil di PT. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the implementation of internal control system of raw material inventory at PT Madeira Indonesia has not done well because the recording procedure has not used the printed serial number form to facilitate every part of the company in performing any operational activities in the company. The effectiveness of the implementation of the internal control system on raw material inventory at PT Madeira Indonesia is still less effective because the related functions in the management of existing inventory are only the receiving part of the goods, the purchasing department, and the warehouse.Item The Effect of Online Customer Review and Customer Perception on Purchase Intention of Shopee Customers in Batam City(The 6th International Conference on Applied Economics and Social Science (ICAESS), 2024-06-29) Amelia Putri, Bella; Anggraini, RiaAbstract. This study aims to identify the positive and significant influence between Online Customer Review and Customer Perception on the Purchase Intention of Shopee Customers in Batam City. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample for this research is Shopee Customer in Batam City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical testing tool IBM SPSS Statistic 20 software. The number of respondents used in this study are 386 people with the method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. Furthermore, the information was analyzed using non parametric menthod consisting of Research Instrument Test, Descriptive Test, Spearman’s Rank Test, Determination Analysis and T-Test, using the IBM SPSS Statistic 20 software. The results of research on all independent variables, namely online customer review and customer perception of purchase intention as the dependent variable, show that online customer review and customer perception have a significant influence on purchase intention. Based on the research that has been done, suggestions for further research are to add variables and expand the theory used.Item The Effect of Product Quality and Service Quality in Creating Customer Satisfaction: The Case of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Batam Nagoya(The International Conference on Applied Economics and Social Sciences (ICAESS), 2024-06-19) Desti, Audia Rahma; Anggraini, RiaThe aim of this study is to investigate the impact of both product quality and service quality on Batam Nagoya Employment BPJS customer satisfaction. The research was conducted on 100 respondents, namely BPU participants of the Batam Nagoya Employment BPJS who became the research population. In carrying out this research using primary data taken through questionnaire survey techniques using a likert scale, distributing questionnaires using accidental sampling techniques. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.29 software tool. The results of the study show that product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality affects customer satisfaction.
