Cracker is one of the foods consumed in Indonesia. especially in the area of the village. One of the many produced crackers is in sub district of Moro, production process the crackers in the area of Moro, still using manual equipment, using a small spatula as a tool to stir the cracker at a time when the process of frying, so that when the crackers are produced in large numbers. of course a small spatula is usually used can not give comfort to the user. For that it is designed to provide convenience to users in producing crackers. The working principle of this instrument by way of stirring the crackers during frying in accordance with the desired time. Testing this tool has produced a time of maturity crackers faster than manually. In a frying pan crackers 1 and 2 kg capacity with this tool has the maturity of 3 and 5 minutes faster. Where to use this tool only takes 20 minutes to 1 kg and 45 minutes for 2 kg, while the frying manually takes time for 23 minutes to 48 minutes and 1 kg to 2 kg.

For filtering method manually may harm the operator because the operators can be exposed to hot oil at the time of screening. Then a tool mixer and filter automatic crackers can be used to reduce workers complaints. Drive systems at filtering the power window motor use crackers to filter out crackers that are controlled by mikrokontroller. Garbage still be a big problem for all people in the world, especially in our country Indonesia. In line with the developments at various sectors of both industrial and non-industrial into one of the effects of waste production keep increasing daily, while demand for energy is progressively increasing and also energy resources become more limited, mainly from burning fossil fuels that have been the only resources. Therefore, we need another energy source that is capable of being an alternative to overcome the energy crisis and reduce the impact of the waste which is keep increasingly over day. One of the alternative energy source that is being developed is Biogas. Yet people nowadays still rare to harness this energy, due to the expensive cost as well as the way of making that is not easy and also considering that the condition of the ambient temperature, the PH levels of the water, construction structure. Making of biogas digester using basic materials has main aim that to reduce corrosion of concrete digester from the surrounding environment is high enough changes. Digester can accommodate a large amount of garbage, and can produce gases such as methane that can be used as household fuel.

Vigilance is the important things that required to create a security. But sometimes people remiss and less their alert to matters that relating to the security. Security it means a condition that free from dangers, this term is used with relation to the crime, all of accidents, etc. Security is the important thing for a home, where the people forgets to lock the door or someone had locked the door but hiding their key in some area around the houses that is not known by others just for avoid that key will be lost when they are not in home. If this continuous it will be lead to the unsafe situation.One way to resolve this problem is with control system and security monitoring using android. With this devices if the user forgets to lock the door, users can directly control their door lock on the house and at the same time users can monitoring all of the existing security sensor using their own android smartphone. In order to use this devices, android smartphone must be connected to the internet. Users only need click or unclick the button on the application for lock or unlock their door lock. Smoke sensor and pressure sensor that is located on the door lock detects any threat or danger, the system will immediately send the notice to the android smartphone in real time. So users can be faster to perform the necessary precautions.

By using automation technology, everyone can do anything without act direct manually. With the convenience offered, the human need for automation applications will always increase. One of The example is control of load bank. Load bank is needed in the commissioning process of medium voltage generating system. The manual operation of load bank is considered inefficient because it is ineffective in time and communication, which slows down the work. Control and monitoring of load bank based on Android is felt to be able to solve the problem. By using a smartphone we can control and observe the power loading system in one time. To apply on the load bank, it require a system which can communicate and perform commands remotely. Remote method can determine which execution will be done through android smartphone. In testing of load bank, control is done at different distances, The distance between the user and the load bank affects the decision-making speed of the device. The response is proper and accurate, the speed of the load transfer process occurs for 1,0 seconds from a distance of 50 meters, and 1.42 seconds from a maximum distance of 100 meters. The largest drop in voltage occurs at load 45 kW in amount of 3.25%.
