    At this time the existing system of student attendance in Batam Polytechnic still using manual attendance system that uses paper. This raises several issues including: the long absences, use of student attendance in the form of accreditation forms of paper that are vulnerable to damage and loss of data, as well as student attendance files stacked resulting in Batam Polytechnic staff have difficulty in student attendance data perekapan process and delay the process issuance of SP (Warning Letter). Batam Polytechnic since 2010 always issued KTM (student ID card ) equipped with RFID chips. On the other hand, Android has the NFC technology (Near Field Communication) which is a set of RFID- based wireless connectivity technology. This thesis research that utilizes NFC technology on Android to help overcome the problems of student attendance system in Batam Polytechnic sperti, facilitate staff in the process perekapan student attendance data and publishing process SP (Warning Letter) students become distracted and in accordance with the schedule.

    Application Point of Sale (PoS) is the application that is used to help the process transaction in selling. It’s many developed for desktop, computer, and also smartphone mobile. But that applications are still shaped as database local or storage media in the computer hard disk. This matter is quite dangerous if the transaction data’s lost due to the damage hardware. Meanwhile, the user or business owner would like to see or proceed the previous data for report purposes. Cloud is data storage technology which is located somewhere unknown by the user. The advantage using cloud is the user no need to create server with the high price and also doing treatment of it. With the existence of cloud, all the data could be integrated and accessed from any locations with terms which must be connected with the internet. From the above condition, if correlate with technology development in smartphone and cloud computing then it’s created a new idea. More sophisticated of smartphone, it may be supported the PoS activities. Meanwhile, data storage media could be backed up by Cloud technology (SaaS) then it can reduce lost data that is caused by the damage hardware. Moreover, the business owner could also see the business development wherever they are, the terms is which must be connected with the internet. This application succeed built with having the ability to run the process of reserving autonomously by buyers , the payment process , checking the sale , creating a new user , and creating a menu or the new price.

    Memo is a tool written communication delivered with a basis to write a message with the phrase informal, brief, clear and straightforward. For information delivery using a written memo has limited time and place. Not only is it a memo written and posted on the announcement board would be quickly forgotten or lost. Because the memo reminder, and there is no historical evidence about the memo that had been made. Based on the analysis Asycom and Horace Dediu, android users in the last 5 years has increased rapidly, reaching more than 1 billion users (Albert, 2013). The rapid growth of the android is complete platforms of the operating system, applications and development tools, a market that holds a variety of applications and supported from the open source community's. Problems were found in the delivery of the memo can be solved by making the Memo Electronic Client Application In Android Smartphone. Memo Electronic Client Application In Android Smartphone will further facilitate the user in the dissemination of information to the user messages and other memos.

    The problem that cause the death of a baby is lack of information about pregnancy health and awareness of pregnant women to exercise control to the doctor or midwife. This application is designed to facilitate pregnant women to obtain information and to control the prenatal visit. This application can display patient's visits schedule and displays a patient's health information. Application also have menu to register the queue online, shows the number of patients queuing and queue runs. The application is developed using Java programming language with Eclipse emulator, Android OS, the PHP programming language and MySQL database and object- oriented programming concepts.

    There are 48 bus stops passed the Government in Batam. Finding the location of halte which are scaterred in Batam are still less accurate information, which helps the mobility of local and foreign tourists and especially for the people of Batam city in their daily activities. This problem often makes the mass transit passengers having trouble to go to a place or a late arrival to their destination. Though there are so many haltes in Batam, but the information was hard to be found. In scientific writing, the author makes an Android-based application to facilitate the search for Halte in Batam city using the Location Based Service ( LBS ). This application is expected and hopefully be able to provide information that is accurate, clear and precise to determine the location of halte, and can facilitate the mobility of local and foreign tourists and also for all the people of Batam city.

    Stations in Batam city amounted to 30 stations that are scattered throughout the city of Batam. Generally people are not aware of any location of the position when the gas stations were out of fuel somewhere along the way so that the difficulty in finding the location of the nearest gas station. Therefore we need a mobile based application (Android) that helps communities in addressing each of these issues. The method used in the making of this application is that by connecting the user's location and the location of gas stations with Location Based Service (LBS) that utilizes GPS and Google Maps services. Applications that have been built are able to find the location nearest gas station, showing the route, travel time, mileage, and information facilities provided. Keywords: Gas

    Batam is a small city which has uniquness in the tourism sector. However, tourism information is still limited on the print media (newspapers, banners, and boards), radio, dan website. To facilitate the tourists who will travel to Batam, easily accessible information media is needed. In its development, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) can be implemented in many sectors, one of them in tourism sector. By utilizing the Android smartphone technology, tourism GIS can be designed and developed as an informatio system. This system utilizes Location Based Service (LBS) technology is developed using the Java programming language in Eclipse IDE. To find users position, this system use Global Positioning System (GPS). Google Maps API is used to determine the users location and tourist sites are displayed in a map, and used to show the route between users to tourist sites. To save data, this system use PHP programming language and MySQL. This system is able to display the users location and the location of tourist sites, and displays a list of tourist sites complete with distances and estimated travel time to the tourist sites. Furthermore the system can also display ralated tourism information such as hotel information, ATM information dan gasoline stations information.

Smart Visit Aplication, 3. Replenishment Packing Box Aplication. From the above information mention that the required applications related to the programs in PT.Scheneider Batam Electricity Manufacturing, especially in the canteen where the entertained employees write their data on paper, the data that must be written in the name, badge number, department, shift and signature as a reinforcement of data authenticity, this data recording to know total data of employees eat in the canteen everyday, therefore needed android application based on QR Code for employees concumtion data record at canteen. With this application the employees want to eat in the canteen only need to show QR Code on their badge to canteen officer to be scanned without need write their data on paper anymore. To reduce paper used also an important environment from the use of natural resources, waste and emissions, related activities on PT.Scheneider Electric Manufacturing Batam.

    Infant immunization is given to regular vaccination in infant. Immunization is useful to prevent infectious diseases that can be prevented by immunization. Experts have determined the immunization schedule for infant. Therefore, it is not recommended for infant to miss out one type of vaccine that will have an impact on prevent for one desease. So from that immunization should be conducted on a regular basis according to the provisions. The use of a book that is used to set the schedule of immunization and immunization delivery should be recorded to calculate the day of granting further immunization for infants. The purpose of he making of this application so that it can be used by parent in determining the primary immuzation schedule for infants, nothing file growth during this application immunization baby will give a warning to the parents when it is time to carry out immunization. Parents can use a smarthphone to see baby immunization schedule.

The title tale will removed among which hare and crocodile, hare and elephant, mouse deer and macaques. Making this game using Adobe Flash CS6 and implemented on the Android smartphone. This game contains the educational value of them learn to count, hone skills, get to know a flat wake, recognize colors and learning about animals.     Current education has grown in line with technological developments. With this development is expected to make the community and young people with advanced and educated vision. But it all depends on how to take advantage of technological developments to support the existing learning system. Some of the results of technological developments now such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks, and other gadgets that can easily access various information on the internet wherever we are, making it one of today's mobile information media that can be used as a medium of learning. In the current learning system, all kinds of material given to students are generally still in textbook form. This leads to the management of learning materials by teachers or educators limited by the content of books and forms of information in books that are mostly text and some descriptors. However, by utilizing the gadgets that exist today, the form of information from the subject matter not only in the form of text in textbooks, but also in the form of documents, video and audio. In addition, addressing the ability of gadgets in communicating such as chat, video call, etc., opens opportunities for discussion among students, as the discussion is one of the learning methods. Therefore it is necessary that learning applications that can run on android operating system for gadget-gagdet above (mobile learning) that has an attractive appearance for students / students with good learning material management and able to facilitate discussion activities among students / students who use it.
