The aim of this study is to determine the ideal order quantity and reorder time at Difta Farma Pharmacy using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) calculations. This research employs quantitative techniques for descriptive research, collecting data through interviews and documents. EOQ will be used to assess the collected data.
