The study employs a quantitative approach with a census method involving 90 respondents who processed house sale and purchase deeds in 2024 using a questionnaire with a four-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that corporate image, trust, and service quality each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
