The population in this study were 15 employees of the Batam Business Agency, Batam Port Business Agency unit and the saturated sample used was 15 people. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The research method used was a qualitative method. The SWOT analysis used was a descriptive analysis method, SWOT Matrix, and SWOT diagram analysis. The results of this research analysis are that SWOT improves the strategy that will be used in reviewing STS crane investment in Batu Ampar Port using a growth strategy.
