In this equipment using components such as step-down transformer 220/12 VAC which aims to lower the voltage, the diode bridge rectifier diode is intended as a rectified AC voltage into DC voltage, then the capacitor used is a polar capacitor 220 μF 25 V to the input voltage the transformer at 12 V.
