For information delivery using a written memo has limited time and place. In addition , the memo written and displayed on board or other place will be quickly forgotten or lost because the use of the memo does not have a reminder and there is no historical evidence about the memo that has been made. The problem in the delivery of the memo could be solved by making the application of electronic memo based server-client.
