Many lecturer’s data and courses made head of department read competency data slowly so that distribution of the burden of teaching requires a long time. On the other hand, lecturer needs the burden of teaching rapidly in order to do preparation. Problem arose from an idea to create a calculation of the burden of teaching system automatically. Using the method of genetic algorithm is able to be implemented into web-based system. System built to provide recommendations in the form of courses between main lecturer and lecturer at the other.
