The population used in this study were all employees in the manufacturing industry escpecially at Batu Ampar companies with sampel taken from 100 responden. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a questionnaire survey and used data analysis SPSS versi 23. The result in this study show that the wages a have positif and significant effect on employee performance, the work motivation a have positif and significant effect on employee performance, and the work performance a have positif and significant effect on employee performance. This study only used a sample of permanent employees who work on manufacturing companies in Batu Ampar.
