This research was conducted on BNI, BCA and Mandiri bank customers. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique with the number of samples of 100 customers of mobile banking users. The type of data used is the primary data. Methods of data collection with questionnaire distribution. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software. The result of this research indicates that trust, ease, lifestyle compatibility and perception of power have positive and significant influence to customer's intention in using mobile banking.
