Therefore, the management decided to improve the attendance system by adopting face scanning technology and conducting employee satisfaction surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of the new system to measure the effectiveness of the system. The analysis of employee satisfaction results was carried out using the C4.5 Algorithm which produces a decision tree with easy-to-understand visualizations. The results of the analysis using the C4.5 Algorithm produced a decision tree model with an accuracy and testing value of 90.54%.
