Through the analysis of Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Attitude Toward Using, this study aims to understand how these factors influence the acceptance and adoption of the system by employees. The population in this study includes all individuals who use the MyHR system in submitting work certificates. The sample of this study was 100 people who were determined using the Slovin formula. Quantitative methods were used to collect data through questionnaires distributed to employees.
