The description of the level of application of the work culture at this institution is the final result which has been applied by all employees of Ditpam BP Batam. Referring to PER / 01 / M.PAN / 01/2007, this research produces three indicators of the application of cultural values of work namely Leadership and Management, Mindset and Working Method, and Business Behavior.
