The population’s of this study were customers of eight four star’s hotel in Batam with 241 customers as sample. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling with a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used were PLS-SEM. This results of this study has show that first, price promotions have influence to food quality, second, price promotions have influence to service quality, third, food quality have influence to customer satisfaction, fourth, service quality have influence to customer satisfaction, and fifth, price promotions have influence to customer satisfaction of industrial hotel in Batam. Moreover, this study can be used as a way to formulate strategy for a hotel to raise and maintain their lead and give infromasi to hotel to arrange policy and decision-making related to the customer satisfaction.
