This animation department managed all in-game moving elements and cinematic animations through its own pre-production, production, and post-production stages, independent of the main game pipeline. This research explores production management efficiency within the animation department. Observation and confirmatory interviews were used to examine the ‘efficiency triangle’: on time delivery, resource allocation, and animation quality under project constraints. The results show that production management met the “on time and on budget” targets, but animation quality was compromised. This project is a case study of departmental production independence.enTECHNOLOGY::Information technologyAnimation ProductionProduction ManagementGame DevelopmentSOCIAL SCIENCES::Other social sciences::Media and communication studiesANALYSIS OF ANIMATION PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT FOR GAME DEVELOPMENT PROJECTLand Cover Changes and Their Impact on Urban Heat Island (UHI) in Batam City Using Landsat Imagery (2015-2025)ArticleNIM4322101048NIDN0017099006KODEPRODI90345#Animasi
