PT Sanipak Indonesia, a plastic bag manufacturing company with more than 800 employees, faces challenges in managing employee administration that is still done manually. This condition affects the company's operational efficiency and productivity. To overcome these problems, this research develops a website-based employee needs management information system using the prototype method. This system aims to automate administrative processes, such as employee data management, leave applications, and work uniform changes, so as to reduce time and energy wasted due to manual processes. System testing is carried out using the black box method to ensure that the functionality meets the expected needs. The results show that the designed system is able to replace manual processes with technology-based solutions that are more effective and efficient. The implementation of this system makes it easy for employees to handle administrative needs independently without disrupting their main work, thus supporting the smooth production and achievement of company targets.
