This research aims to design flexible, effective and accessible learning media to provide convenience in understanding ship design learning materials. In designing the application, this research uses the Double Diamond method, and in testing the usability of the application using Nielsen Attributes of Usability (NAU), there are 30 students involved in learning ship design, which is the focus of this research. The results of this study indicate that the usability level of the application is at an excellent level in the aspects of learnability (87.6%), satisfaction (85.2%), efficiency (83%), memorability (82.6%), and good for the aspect of errors (79%), and overall, the usability level of this application is at an excellent level (83.48%), so that this application can be accepted as a learning medium for ship design for students of the Batam State Polytechnic Ship construction engineering technology study program.enTECHNOLOGY::Information technology::Other information technologyEffectiveness of EV.
