This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, perception, and consumer behavior on user decision-making in the context of digital payment usage in Batam City. This study applied a quantitative research design through a survey approach, involving 101 participants chosen via purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The findings reveal that consumer motivation and behavior have a statistically significant effect on user decisions, whereas perception does not exhibit a significant impact.
