This research uses quantitative methods with 17 respondents. The data collection methods used are questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique uses the Training Need Assessment Tool (TNA-T) method by analyzing the gap between KKJ and KKP. The data processing used is the calculation of KKJ and KKP, analyzing the gap between KKJ and KKP.
