The data used are the primary data with sample level operators a number of employees of the 156 employees at manufacturing companies 4. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling and research was tested with a test of multiple regression analysis. The result of the study was the disclosure of the work environment, training and development occupational health and safety (Hse) positive effect significantly to organizational commitment, support supervisor has no effect against significant organizational commitment, while the work environment, support, training and development, occupational health and safety (Hse) simultaneously positive significant effect against the commitment of the organization.
