Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of using the
electronic filling on the performance of employees at PT. AT. Oceanic Offshore
that using the technology to support the electronic filling activities for completing
the daily office work. Samples were taken as much as 32 (thirty-two) people. Data
analysis method used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS
software version 22. The results showed that the performance of employees
affected by electronic filling is strong enough with coefficient of determination of
64.4%, while the balance of 35.6% is influenced by other factors did not
measured. There is influence of using the electronic filling simultaneously on
employee performance with a value of Fcount larger than Ftable (9.416> 3.320).
There is influence of using the electronic filling partially on employee
performance. These results have significant or suitability tested using two-sided t-
test, which obtained tcount (4.778) is greater than ttable (2.056) at the significance
level of 5%. While most electronic filling variables affect the performance of
employees is shrinking. The influence contributed to the improved performance of
employees is 96.3%.
