Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, background education
and employee performance compensation tehadap PT Amtek Engineering Batam.
This study used a descriptive approach. The sample was 93 people in the
production operator Amtek Engineering Batam. The sampling method used is
stratified sampling. Primary data were collected through documentation and
questionnaires distributed to a sample / research respondents. Secondary data were
obtained from the documentation. The collected data is then statistically analyzed
by multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed that
(1) There is a significant influence on the performance of employees working
experience (2) There is no significant effect on the performance of the educational
background of employees. (3) there is no significant influence on employee
performance compensation. Work experience is the most dominant variable in this
study.
