Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of the application of ISO 9001 quality
management system to employee performance and organizational culture with
the object of a manufacturing company located in Batam with total companies
are 157 companies. This research using questionnaires as the primary data which
distributed to mid-levelemployees of 400 respondents selected randomly. The
result of study showed that there’s no significant effect of the quality
management system ISO 9001 on organizational culture and employee
performance are not significantly affected by the quality management system
ISO 9001. However, this study find difficulyt to get support from the company, so
that further research is suggested to convince companies to be able to work
together.
