media make people free to express or write opinions and reviews there. It has
become a common practice for people to see opinions or public review before
deciding to buy a product or service on a commercial websites such as on
amazon.com goods and services, but there is no quality control on an opinion or a
review because that freedoms. Related trustworthy or not an opinion or a review,
the review can not be trusted to be spam. One form of spam is duplicate spam
review.
This review spam detection application detects spam duplicate review by a
review of research on spam duplicates on amazon.com. to help establish a model
for further spam detection using the features available on the review. The spam
detection is also done to avoid acts of 'misleading' will review that can not be
trusted by reader and automatic opinion mining system.
