Abstract:
This study aims to find out the implementation of the development of work culture
at the Directorate of Security BP Batam by using Regulation of the Minister of
Administrative Reform of the State Number PER / 01 / M.PAN / 01/2007. The
description of the level of application of the work culture at this institution is the
final result which has been applied by all employees of Ditpam BP Batam.
Referring to PER / 01 / M.PAN / 01/2007, this research produces three indicators
of the application of cultural values of work namely Leadership and Management,
Mindset and Working Method, and Business Behavior. The three indicators have
scores: Leadership and Management (19.88), Mindset and Working Method
(9.24), and Business Conduct (31.52)
