Abstract:
Garbage still be a big problem for all people in the world, especially in
our country Indonesia. In line with the developments at various sectors of
both industrial and non-industrial into one of the effects of waste production
keep increasing daily, while demand for energy is progressively increasing
and also energy resources become more limited, mainly from burning fossil
fuels that have been the only resources. Therefore, we need another energy
source that is capable of being an alternative to overcome the energy crisis
and reduce the impact of the waste which is keep increasingly over day. One
of the alternative energy source that is being developed is Biogas. Yet people
nowadays still rare to harness this energy, due to the expensive cost as well as
the way of making that is not easy and also considering that the condition of
the ambient temperature, the PH levels of the water, construction structure.
Making of biogas digester using basic materials has main aim that to reduce
corrosion of concrete digester from the surrounding environment is high
enough changes. Digester can accommodate a large amount of garbage, and
can produce gases such as methane that can be used as household fuel.
