Abstract:
This thesis discusses how to control the high cost of overtime without offset by
high productivity by using a combination of incentives and target systems. This
analysis aims to help PT Ghimli Indonesia for doing analyze the effectiveness of a
combination of incentives and the target system by trying to compare the costs of
salaries with overtime system and system combination of incentives and targets.
Data analysis methods used in this study is the observation, interviews and
documentation. Fixed variable used in this comparison is the productivity of
employees. This study concluded that a combination of incentives and target
systems are very advantageous for employees and companies, in terms of
productivity generated.
