    The aims of this research is to understand the factor affecting the value of the firm. Method that used in this research is quantitative method with panel data regression analysis. The research was conducted for property, real estate and building contruction sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. This study used a sample of 96 (firm-years). The factor affecting the value of the firm as measured by investment decision, dividend policy, size, profitability, and managerial ownership . The best regression panel data model in this study is a fixed effect model. The results showed that investment decision, dividend policy, size and profitability has positif effect to the value of the firm. Whereas, managerial ownership does not statistically affect the value of the firm.
