As a service company, the bank sued the more professional, trustworthy and superior in service as well as the customer desires can compensate for the changes effectively. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the survey was conducted at Bank Mandiri Batam Batu Ampar Branch. This study aims to determine the effect of each variable on the quality of the most influential service and test the hypothesis that has been formulated previously. The variables of this research are Tangible (physical aspect), Reliability (reliability aspect), Responsiveness (aspect of catch power), Assurance (aspect of guarantee), Empathy (aspect of awareness) together and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction variable with the most dominant factor Is variable Reliability and Empathy to customer satisfaction. This research uses explanatory research approach (explanatory research) with a sample of 116 people who are customers who transact at the teller. This research use regression equation test, the result of this research get the regression equation formed is Y = - 0,640 + 0,299X1 + 0,504X2 + -0,194X3 + 0,298X4 + 0,130X5. Based on the result of t test, tangible, reliability, assurance, empathy have positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction while responsiveness variable has negative and significant effect to customer satisfaction.Item Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Tata Usaha Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-08-17) Kurniawan, Budi; Nur Rahmah, Nur RahmahThis study aims to determine the quality of service consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible to satisfaction students Business Management Batam State Polytechnice. The respondents of this research are Business Management students 6th semester and 8 Batam State Polytechnic. Technical data using questionnaires and documentation. Test the research instrument by using the validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis tool is used to know which influence of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), and tangible (X5) to student satisfaction of Business Management of Politeknik Negeri Batam (Y). Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-29) Oktavia Dwi Ningsih, Suci; Wahyu Hati, ShintaThis study concerned about Risk Analysis Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) using Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP). This study aimed to identified hazardous potential of using Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessment, risk control, monitoring and evaluation. This study was conducted at PT. Cladtek Bi- Metal Manufacturing, the data were obtained through direct observation, documentation, and interviews with seven interviewees : HSE Manager, Staff HSE, Safety Officer and four employees of Hydrotest Manual. This study was using qualitative descriptive method. The Process of data analyzing was determined the step of the production process, identified hazardous potential, to knew the analysis of the hazardous potential to the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessment, risk control, monitoring and evaluation, analysis and discussion, and the conclusion. The result showed Department of Hydrotest Manual in PT. Cladtek occurred a hazardous potential with hazard medium risk, JSA could reduced risk of occupational incident, occupational incident rarely happening, control the risk for the future work, better monitoring and evaluation.Item Pengaruh Tata Ruang Kantor Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (Survei Kasus Pt. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Branch Kepri)(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-06-07) Nurazimiyah, Ulfa; Sinaga, InggridThis study aims to determine the Influence of Office Spatial Against Employee Productivity (CURRENCY SURVEY PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) MARKETING BRANCH KEPRI). In this research there are three variables that are physical environment condition (X1), spatial arrangement (X2) and work productivity (Y). The sample in this research is 20 respondents by using sampling technique is census, that is research which is used to research all population that exist in employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Branch Kepri. Respondents of this research are employees who work on the bm support, gasdom, Retail, and Industry and Marine. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis test, that is t-test (partial). From the result of multiple regression, show that there is partial influence on the variable of physical environment condition to work productivity of employees and partially influence on spatial arrangement variable to work productivity of employees.
