    Electric motors used in a long period of time and minimal maintenance will cause a decrease in motor efficiency and even damage thatresultedinthemotorisnot working.Thepurposeofthisprojectisto repair electric motor induction 1 phase by way of rewinding manually. The rewinding method used in this research is copy method. Namely doing rewinding with the number and arrangement of the same coil from the factory default. Through this method is expected that the power and efficiencyofthemotorwillbethesameasthefactorydefault.Theresults of the test show that motor efficiency can reach a value above 85% after repair by rewindingmanually.
