    Sistem Penjadwalan Terapi Pusat Layanan Autis Batam Berbasis Web

    Autism is a neurological disorder that makes it difficult for the sufferer to communicate. To provide good educational services for children with special needs, namely people with autism in Batam, an Autism Service Center was established with the hope that autistic children can adapt to the community environment and are ready to attend education both formally and non-formally. Batam Autism Service Center has a variety of activities, one of which is providing therapy to students. The therapies used are speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. In carrying out the therapy, the Autistic Service Center Batam has difficulties when processing student data and determining therapy schedules. Therefore, a therapy scheduling system is made using genetic algorithms that can display the schedule by adding therapeutic data, therapist data, space data, time data, and student data to be one solution for determining therapy schedules.

    Information technology is a set of tools that help people work with information and perform tasks related to information processing (Haag and Keen in Abdul Kadir and Terra Ch. Triwahyuni, 2003). Along with the rapid development of information technology makes information systems have an important role in performing tasks related to information in daily activities. One of the favored information technology and utilized effectively by many people is the use of the Internet. Internet as a global computer network has a function as a medium of information telecommunication, one of which is used as a medium of consulting in the field of health. It is supposed to be used in helping pregnant women to consult through information technology. Along with technological development, pregnant women can have a consultation about pregnancy using the website and mobile. It is not possible with the help of this technology is expected to greatly assist pregnant mothers to consult mainly using the mobile application system because this system is an application that can be used even when users move easily from one place to another without termination or interruption of communications.

    Sentiment analysis is part of opinion mining which has function to process words to information. This information hope can help people to find problem solve. In this age, Smartphone is growing very rapidly and also various manufacturers come to the surface for promoting their products. So we need an application to asses objectively about the opinion of each respective. In application, the data sets using capture comments from fans page and then analysed with lexicon-based method and then displays the result of the positive, negative, and neutral sentiment on any data in the process. The advantages for this method is requiring a collection of data sets such as dictionaries without having to calculate the value
