Along with the rapid development of information technology makes information systems have an important role in performing tasks related to information in daily activities. One of the favored information technology and utilized effectively by many people is the use of the Internet. Internet as a global computer network has a function as a medium of information telecommunication, one of which is used as a medium of consulting in the field of health. It is supposed to be used in helping pregnant women to consult through information technology.

    The role of information technology in human activity at this time was so great. Information has become a major facilitator for the company and as well as organizations and individuals. This is what makes it easy for people to do the job as well as get information faster and consultation with experts in the field you want without having to meet. The website is one of the technology to deliver information that is thriving today. The website is a whole web pages contained in a domain that contains the information. The website is based on the development of information and communication technology. Through the development of information technology, to create a network between computers that are interrelated. Network known as the Internet are constantly being electronic messages, including e-mail, file transmission and two-way communication between individuals or computers. Based on this, the final project will be made web-based application called E- Psychologist Consultant (Application Consulting Child psychology). This application is an application consultation for parents who want to know information about the issues surrounding child psychology and consult with consultant psychologist (psychologist consultant) online. As well as the application is expected to help the people in consultation with ease.

Along with technological development, pregnant women can have a consultation about pregnancy using the website and mobile. It is not possible with the help of this technology is expected to greatly assist pregnant mothers to consult mainly using the mobile application system because this system is an application that can be used even when users move easily from one place to another without termination or interruption of communications.
