    Politeknik Batam is the only Polytechnic in the city of Batam by opening three courses that have the highest level of need in the Batam industrial area of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Accounting. In supporting the education system, Politeknik Batam apply some one quality policy is to ensure quality of service in the entire process Politeknik Batam. But in carrying out these processes are still using manual systems. Politeknik Batam has several business process services that have been resolved into 8 topics End Project 2007/2008 Semester 2 separately and make the data be centralized. Therefore, it is necessary to create an application that could do the automation process in an integrated service from the database, functionality, user and access level. Business process automation application services Politeknik Batam in this section is the integration of all databases on the automation process and support services Paperless ISO.

    Restaurant is a place that is organized commercially, that provides service to customers both in drinks & foods. As for right now, there are still lots of lack in service from taking the orders manually to getting information of the inventory. With this background, The Management system of the Restaurant Service Application is built so it could handle from the process of the ordering of the menu, the production, to the production stock payment for the customer. This application has function such as to reduce the amount of stock of the material automatically depending on Bill of Material that the chefs have when they are finished with the orders. This method is useful so that the data of the amount of stock of the material always being updated after each order is finished. The achievement of the development of this application is from all the reports on planning of the restaurant service of the management system then the application could be undertaken in restaurants and could handle the available problem.

    Currently the utilization of computer network in an audio or video is growing. Technology developments also promote a progress in a computer network utilization. One way from the utilization of computer network is building an IPTV system that is usefull to the user in the same network. But there is a problem for building an IPTV system , How to build a computer server and distribute system to the client, and how about the quality. So for that reason , this final project contains an analysis and design to build an IPTV system and how to distribute the data to the user, also there is a calculation about QoS in delay, throughput, packet loss parameter.
