    Pengaruh Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dan Kinerja Saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    This study aims to test and provide empirical evidence of corporate social responsibility influence on financial performance and stock price of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period of 2013 and 2014, there are 152 companies obtained by purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that disclosure of social responsibility coporate has no significant effect on financial performance proxyed by ROA and ROE. The absence of significant influence means that CSR activities of the company are not able to improve financial performance well. In H2 disclosure of coporate social responsibility does not have a significant influence on stock prices. This shows that the public, investors, and shareholders are not too concerned about the information presented by the company about the company's concern for social problems. Thus, it is hoped that for further research using longer period of research because companies will increasingly disclose CSR and will increase the number of target population and in the measurement of CSR index, the researcher should adjust to the conditions in Indonesia, so that the activities and items disclosed by the company are included in In the criteria. Need to add variations of research empirical models that use other proxies so as to provide more accurate research analysis results.

    engaruh Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan

    This study aims to examine the effect of corporate growth and leverage on financial performance with firm size as a moderating variable in non-financial companies listed on the IDX period 2011-2015. The company's growth is projected by comparison of total assets this year with total assets last year. Leverage is proxied by the ratio of total liabilities to total equity owned by the company. The company's financial performance is proxied with return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The data used are secondary data in the form of annual reports of non-financial companies in Indonesia. This research was conducted on 22 non-financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling technique using purposive sampling and meet the criteria of the sample. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the growth of the company have a positive effect the financial performance of the same results indicated that the size of the company positive have a effect the financial performance and leverage have a negative effect on financial performance. The results of this study are expected to add to the research literature on the factors that affect financial performance in non- financial companies, and then further research is recommended to use another proxy to measure the company's financial performance

    The insurance company is one of the companies engaged in the field of services company in Indonesian. The insurance industry continues to grow rapidly along with the growing public awareness for the importance of insurance and investing. This research aims to investigate the influence of performance to financial capital structure, company size and liquidity of the profit growth in the insurance companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010 to 2013. This study was conducted on 10 of the insurance companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dates that used are secondary data from the financial report of insurance companies. Sample collection technique using saturated sample method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. This study tested with regression test, t-test. The results of this study are significant influence on the performance of the company profit growth, capital structure, company size, but liquidity have no significant influence on profit growth in the insurance companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange 2010 to 2013.

    Perbedaan Tqm Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Sebelum Dan Sesudah Iqaf

    This study analyzes the impact of quality award from IQAF (Indonesian Quality Award Fondation) performance measured by ROA, ROE, DER,EVA. This study used purposive sampling to get the sample. It used 19 obervations listed on Stock Exchange of Indonesia (IDX), and IQAF website. This research use Non-Parametric Test (Mann-Whitney U test) to analyzes the data. The result showed there is not different between ROA, ROE, DER, but it found the different in EVA for three years before certification and after certification from IQAF that used seven criterias of Malcolm Baldrige, and there is not different between ROA, ROE, DER and EVA for certified and non-certified companies from IQAF. This study has the limitation data and it was only used three years for research. Further research advice to add the data and use the longer period.
