Analisis Kebijakan Pemberian Kredit Dengan Menggunakan 5C Pada PT Citra Lautan Teduh

Abstract

This Final Project discusses the analysis of credit policy by using 5C at PT Citra Lautan Teduh. Problems that occur in PT CLT is that some companies have not paid off the receivables at maturity. So the ultimate goal is to know and analyze the policy of lending to PT Citra Lautan Teduh by using the 5C element whether it is appropriate or not with the element. The 5C element is character, capital, capacity, colleteral, condition. The method used in this research is descriptive method through 5C theory by doing comparison of 5C match which has been applied by company. The conclusion of this research is that there are some elements of credit policy not yet in accordance with the actual theory, so it is necessary to make improvements in order to provide optimal credit.
