Abstract
Delivery of SMS messages using an android-based message delivery method is
still used. Messages sent to recipients should be safe without being manipulated,
because it contains a secret message between sender and receiver.so it need the
science of cryptography message that capable of maintaining the confidentiality
of the messages of others. Encryption and description of the science of
cryptography right to be patrolling the message, in order to secure from the threat
manipulation messages.
To make the process of encryption and description in use caesar cipher algorithm
has advantages in the process of encryption and description, ie the number of
characters to be encrypted will be equal to the character after encrypted. in
addition, the encryption process and this description based on android. Android is
a new technology at the present time that rule the world of mobile telephony
worldwide. Android is an operating system that is open source so as to facilitate
