Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of salary, flexible working hours and
work stress on performance of employees on the company which is in the
Batamindo Industrial Park, Muka Kuning in Batam city in 2018. Salary, flexible
working hours and work stress became the independent variable, while the
variable dependennya that is employee performance is measured by using a
scale of likert-type scale interval (Hartono, 2015). The hypothesis proposed in
this research is that salary, flexible working hours and work stress influence on
employee performance. Method of data collection is by the dissemination of the
questionnaire. After the questionnaires distributed to 30 employees conducted
the test validity and reliability test to find out the eligibility questionnaire. The
population of this research is the 17 companies that are located in the
Batamindo Industrial Park, Muka Kuning in Batam city in 2018. Determination of
the sample using the method of purposive sampling and retrieved as many as
100 correspondents. Data processing is carried out using the software SPSS v 25
and through several stages, namely multiple linear regression analysis, statistical
tests of f, and statistical tests t. The results of the analysis showed that the first
hypothesis, namely salaries have no effect on performance of employees. The
second hypothesis is flexible working hours have affect the performance of the
employee. The third hypothesis, namely work stress influence on performance of
employees.
