| dc.description.abstract | This research did at Intisarana Persada Company which has a difference between PEB (Notification of export of goods) document recording with Invoice and Packing list which impact the document BCF 3.05 . This research use descriptive method by create a PEB document in Free Trade Zone Batam. The purpose of this research to knowing how to create the customs clereance document starts from received invoice and packing list from exporter and than that document inputed to PP-SAD (Customs Notifications-Single Administrative Document) system after that PEB document submitted to Customs Clereance Office Batam until NPPB (nota expenditure goods services) published from customs clereance. The causes occurrence of BCF 3.05 because exporter send invoice and packing list after we submitted the document to Customs Clereance Office Batam and internal error. My advice is our company more notice about internal control to our document before we submitted to Customs Clereance Office. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstrak | Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Intisarana Persada karena ada kesalahan pencatatan dokumen PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) yang berakibat dokumen tersebut BCF 3.05. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan membuat sebuah dokumen PEB di Kawasan Bebas Batam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pembuatan dokumen Pabean PPFTZ 01 yang dimulai dari menerima bukti invoice dan packing list dari pihak eksportir lalu dokumen tersebut diinput kedalam sistem PP-SAD dan dokumen PEB tersebut di ajukan ke Kantor Pelayanan Utama Bea dan Cukai Tipe B Batam hingga diterbitkannya NPPB. Penyebab terjadinya BCF 3.05 tersebut karena pihak eksportir memberikan invoice revisi setelah pengajuan dokumen Ekspor dan kesalahan penginputan internal. Saran penulis adalah Perusahaan lebih memperhatikan pengendalian internal terhadap suatu dokumen sebelum diinput kedalam sistem. | en_US |
