Abstract
One training method that is widely used in various companies are on the job
training, namely workplace instructor training, apprenticeship, coaching, and
temporary assignments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each
variable, job training instructor (X1), internships (X2), coaching (X3), and
temporary assignment (X4) against the working skills of employees (Y) on PT
Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing. Samples numbered 83 people. Research data
collection techniques are documentation and questionnaires. Multiple linear
regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of independent variables on
the dependent variable.
Results of this study are variable instructor training work and
significant positive effect on employees' skills. Variable assignment while also
positive and significant impact on employees' skills. As for the variable
internships and coaching do not have a significant and positive effect on employee
job skills PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing. Figures Adjusted R Square of
0.806 indicates that 80.6% of employees work skills can be explained by four
independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining
19.4% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research
model.
