Otomasi Mesin Bending Forming dan Cutting Resistor 3S-JPL

Abstract

At the resistor departmen line production have 3 proces that is bending forming and cutting terminal resistor with 3 operator production. Then made some machine semi automatic with controller PLC and programmed using lader diagram and refference to the timing chart and using pneumatic cyllinder as actuator to move up and down bending unit, forming unit and cutting unit for 3 process in 1 machine with together moving. The function of the machine to increase the quality product, output product, and manpower efficiency on production process. The machine suppose to be complete the spesification requierment and the safety standart of company. Base on trial and analysis the speed of machine is 1.5 second per pcs for 3 process that is bending, forming and cutting. Base on trial, analysis and taking data of the machine has been compliance the spesification determine, manpower efficiency and output has been increase to 100%.
