This is what makes it easy for people to do the job as well as get information faster and consultation with experts in the field you want without having to meet. The website is one of the technology to deliver information that is thriving today. The website is a whole web pages contained in a domain that contains the information. The website is based on the development of information and communication technology. Through the development of information technology, to create a network between computers that are interrelated. Network known as the Internet are constantly being electronic messages, including e-mail, file transmission and two-way communication between individuals or computers. Based on this, the final project will be made web-based application called E- Psychologist Consultant (Application Consulting Child psychology). This application is an application consultation for parents who want to know information about the issues surrounding child psychology and consult with consultant psychologist (psychologist consultant) online. Hal nilah yang memberikan kemudahan bagi manusia untuk melakukan pekerjaan serta mendapatkan informasi lebih cepat dan melakukan konsultasi dengan ahli pada bidang yang diinginkan tanpa harus bertatap muka. Website merupakan salah satu teknologi penyampaian informasi yang berkembang saat ini. Website merupakan keseluruhan halaman-halaman web yang terdapat dalam sebuah domain yang mengandung informasi. Website didasari dari adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Melalui perkembangan teknologi informasi, tercipta suatu jaringan antar komputer yang saling berkaitan. Jaringan yang dikenal dengan istilah internet secara terus-menerus menjadi pesan–pesan elektronik, termasuk e-mail, transmisi file, dan komunikasi dua arah antar individu atau komputer. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dalam Tugas Akhir ini akan dibuat aplikasi berbasis web yang berjudul E-Psychologist Consultant (Aplikasi Konsultasi psikologi Anak). Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi konsultasi untuk para orang tua yang ingin mengetahui informasi seputar tentang masalah psikologi anak dan melakukan konsultasi dengan konsultan psikolog (psychologist consultan) secara online.
