Proses perhitungan Gaji Presenter pada PT Urban Televisi Batam

Abstract

This final project discusses the process of calculating presenter salary in PT Urban Television Batam. Payment of salary at the company is paid monthly, salary payments in the company experience delays due to presenter attendance data are incomplete due to disorder of the presenters in filling the absence and should compare with the evidence of the MCR section. In this thesis also discusses the importance of clocking work. The purpose of the author is to know how the payroll process is applied and to provide input to the company as it should be used. Suggestion that can be given to the company should the company have the order and can change the manual absence system in the company absence list should be the presence of time attendance record from coming hours and hours back of work and there are related sections in attendance supervision and presenter payroll process.
