System and Documentation for Reporting Income and Issuance of Goods on Stockcards

Abstract

This internship report discusses the development of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the ship-related goods release process at PT Lautan Lestari Shipyard. The SOP was formulated based on observations of the existing goods release process, interviews with relevant parties, and a review of company documentation. The resulting SOP outlines the workflow, the duties and responsibilities of each party, and the documentation required at each stage of the transaction. It is intended to serve as a written guideline to ensure consistency in work execution, enhance administrative effectiveness, and facilitate the control and evaluation of the company's goods release activities.
