Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Beban Mengajar Dosen Berbasis Web dengan Metode Algoritma Genetika

Abstract

Distribution of the burden of teaching lecturer conducted by head of department when beginning of semester. Many lecturer’s data and courses made head of department read competency data slowly so that distribution of the burden of teaching requires a long time. On the other hand, lecturer needs the burden of teaching rapidly in order to do preparation. Problem arose from an idea to create a calculation of the burden of teaching system automatically. Using the method of genetic algorithm is able to be implemented into web-based system. System built to provide recommendations in the form of courses between main lecturer and lecturer at the other. System is expected to provide solution for head of department in distribution of the burden of teaching.
