Aplikasi Easy Computer Troubleshooting Solutions

Abstract

It's been a lot of companies that facilitate its employees with computers to support their work in the company. By using the computer work in the field of data management can be done quickly and accurately. But a computer is an electronic device which cannot be separated from problems that could occur at any time. In addition not all computer users have sufficient knowledge to handle these problems. By utilizing the technology of intranet-based applications using PHP and MySQL programming language, in this final project designed an application that is capable of presenting information about a computer problem and solution handling, namely "application Easy Computer Troubleshooting Solutions". Through the use of this application, employees of computer users can have knowledge of the handling problems that are common on computers of employees, so that they can handle these problems.
