Abstract

The author conducted research on educational institutions for designing a website. Analysis and design of E-Church Indonesia Bethel Church in Tiban Mas Asri Batam done to meet the needs in terms of disseminating information about the church to his congregation that still use a sheet of paper, in addition to the costs involved are also great, the people who want to ask about the information disseminated often hindered by time and distance. This website can help in the dissemination of information to the church and at a cost that is more suitable with the results given. The process of making software using programming languages PHP, using a MySQL database. The design of this website produces a church website where the public can access information to see the church, socialization activities of the church, see the sermon, leave a comment, look at the gallery, and can also be accessed through mobile. The results of this research is the design of a website that displays information such as information on the activities, service schedule, read the announcement from the church, the addition of user and information regarding the registration of new churches quickly and easily. However, from the results of the survey respondents stated that the web is still need to be developed further both in terms of appearance, convenience, and usability.
