Abstract

Applications Determination of Teachers and supporting lecturer developing interactive user interface aspects of the department head at the end of the previous task "Identification Information Systems Informatics Engineering Department Lecturer Competence" (Yogi & Siregar, 2013), where the information system competence of lecturers is able to identify the competence of lecturers by determining the level understanding the numbers on the syllabus controlled, user management, enter data syllabus, lecturers and teachers select and display summary and lecturer at the level of understanding the value of each syllabus. In the previous study can be seen there are still problems in the selection of lecturers is not optimal, therefore the application identification information systems faculty competence is developed by adding features to increase functionality by providing lectureship features of input data, input the minimum and maximum load lecturer based office, classroom setting, generating output csv file, and choose supporting lecturer and teachers. Aspects of interactive user interface is measured using the usability heuristics 10 so that the application can make it easy for the user to use the application features. This application has met 8 of 10 usability heuristics. This application is developed using Yii Framework, MySQL as database and JavaScript.
