This eventlog is analyzed with four process mining techniques and uses the Generalized Sequential Pattern (GSP) method. The purpose of process mining is to get useful information from the event log, and use it to find a relation between events or to analyze various events that occur together and are interconnected and find a pattern to find those relationships. Eventlog that will identify a relation between events or to analyze various events that occur together and are interconnected with four settings, namely single activity with complete timestamp, single activity with partial timestamp, concurrent activity with complete timestamp, concurrent activity with partial timestamp. The GSP method itself is used to find sequence patterns in the Activity. This system is expected to be useful as a medium of information and for companies or organizations, so that it can describe the suitability or suitability of the behavior determined by the enterprise, whether this determined behavior is appropriate or there are still irregularities in the business process.
