Abstract
A company or organization itself usually has several business processes, the
business process will produce a large number of data records. One form of recording
is called an event log. This eventlog is analyzed with four process mining
techniques and uses the Generalized Sequential Pattern (GSP) method. The purpose
of process mining is to get useful information from the event log, and use it to find
a relation between events or to analyze various events that occur together and are
interconnected and find a pattern to find those relationships.
Eventlog that will identify a relation between events or to analyze various
events that occur together and are interconnected with four settings, namely single
activity with complete timestamp, single activity with partial timestamp, concurrent
activity with complete timestamp, concurrent activity with partial timestamp. The
GSP method itself is used to find sequence patterns in the Activity. This system is
expected to be useful as a medium of information and for companies or
organizations, so that it can describe the suitability or suitability of the behavior
determined by the enterprise, whether this determined behavior is appropriate or
there are still irregularities in the business process.
